Functions

Wire Processing Function

  • Capable of handling wires and cables with a diameter ≤ Φ18mm. Compatible with spools up to 380mm in width, 100-400mm in outer diameter, and 38-45mm in inner diameter, with a maximum load of 60kg to meet the wire feeding needs of different spool specifications.
  • The wire feeding speed is adjustable from 0-4m/s, controlled by a frequency converter to adapt to the different production rhythms of equipment such as computer wire stripping machines.

Intelligent Sensing and Synchronization Control Function

  • Automatic Speed Adjustment: Through multi-stage speed control of the frequency converter, the wire feeding speed is automatically sensed and adjusted based on the lifting height of the storage wheel without manual intervention, ensuring synchronization between wire feeding and the wire stripping machine.
  • Speed Feedback Closed Loop: When the tension wheel moves with the wire, it drives a potentiometer to rotate via a sprocket, sending real-time feedback signals to the frequency converter to precisely control the speed of the wire feeding motor and avoid wire stretching or slack.

Tension Adjustment Function

  • The tension wheel set (3 upper fixed wheels and 2 lower movable wheels, 140mm in diameter) applies uniform tension through multi-wheel contact. The tension can be linearly adjusted by changing the position of the counterweight block (using the principle of leverage) to adapt to the tension requirements of different wires.

Power Supply and Drive Function

  • Supports wide voltage input of 220V/110V and frequency of 50/60Hz, suitable for power grids in multiple regions. Adopts a drive combination of “frequency converter + motor + speed reducer” to achieve precise power control and efficient transmission.
