PC-A30-B multi-functional fully automatic metal pipe cut machine

The CP-A30-B is engineered for thin-walled metal corrugated pipes and other materials containing thin-gauge steel.

Description

Precision Cutting: Equipped with a rotating circular blade and digital control motor, the Type B multifunctional pipe cutting machine ensures high-precision cuts with a length tolerance of ±0.5 + L*0.002 mm for metal pipes ranging from ø1-ø45mm.
Efficient Operation: Driven by a servo motor for track feeding and featuring a 1kW cutter power, it achieves a cutting speed of 20-40 pieces per minute, optimizing productivity.
Automated Processing: The fully automated system, integrated with a motion control board and HMI, combines automatic feeding, cutting, and conveyor – belt discharge, reducing manual intervention.
Versatile Performance: Designed mainly for metal pipes, it offers multi – functional capabilities, with a 40mm cutting stroke and a total power of 2000W, suitable for various metal cutting tasks.
Reliable and Compact: Operating on 220V 50 – 60Hz power and 0.5 – 0.7MPa air pressure, this machine has a compact size of 1020×530×1300 mm and weighs about 270kg, ensuring stable performance in limited spaces.
