The CS-3650 is a professional cable processing device designed for efficient and precise handling of various wires. It supports single-core wires, multi-core cables, shielded cables, as well as electric wires, PVC, and other materials, offering fully automatic fixed-length cutting and stripping functions. With a processing range of 0.75 to 50 mm² and a maximum allowable passing diameter of Φ20, it meets diverse processing needs for both standard and larger-sized cables.

In terms of performance, it delivers exceptional accuracy: the cutting length can be set from 1mm to 999999.99mm, with a cutting tolerance within 0.002*L (where L is the cutting length). For stripping, it supports multiple modes—front full stripping (1–200mm), front half stripping (1–1500mm), rear full stripping (1–100mm), and rear half stripping (1–300mm)—ensuring flexibility for different wiring requirements. Equipped with high-quality imported high-speed steel tools, it maintains stable performance, achieving a productivity of 3500 pieces per hour (varies by wire length and size).

The device features a 16-wheel drive system (feeding stepper motor and tool post servo motor) with optional servo feeding, paired with a belt feeding method that prevents indentations or scratches on cables while enabling stripping pressurization. Operation is user-friendly: the pressure wheel height is adjusted digitally, and a 7-inch HMI (Human-Machine Interface) allows intuitive control. It runs on AC220V 50/60Hz power (with an optional 110V 50/60Hz) and requires a 0.5Mpa clean air supply. Its compact dimensions (680605520mm) and net weight of 90kg make it easy to integrate into production lines.

Notably, the CS-3650 offers strong expandability. Optional features include MES system, IoT system, fixed-point coding, middle stripping, and external auxiliary equipment alarm.
