Functions

Applicable Wires: The wire stripper machine can handle single – core wires, multi – core cables, shielded cables, as well as electric wires, PVC and other materials, making it a versatile cable stripper machine and electrical cable stripping machine.

Core Operations: This automatic wire cutter and stripper, which is also an automatic wire cutting and stripping machine and a fully automatic wire cutting stripping machine, realizes fully automatic fixed – length cutting and stripping. It supports front full stripping (1 – 200mm), front half stripping (1 – 1500mm), rear full stripping (1 – 100mm) and rear half stripping (1 – 300mm), functioning well as a wire cutting & stripping machine and a wire cutting stripping machine.

Processing Parameters

Processing Range: 0.75 – 30 square (with an ultimate cutting capacity of 50 square), suitable for the operations of a cable cut and strip machine and a wire cut and strip machine.

Cutting Length: 1mm – 999999.99mm, and the cutting tolerance is within 0.002*L (L = cutting length), ensuring the precision required by an automatic wire length cutter and an automatic wire measuring and cutting machine.

Maximum Allowed Passing Diameter: Φ18.

Drive and Wire Feeding

16 – wheel drive (feeding stepping motor, tool rest servo motor), with optional servo feeding, providing stable power for the automatic wire machine.

Belt wire feeding, ensuring no indentation or scratch on the cable, with stripping and pressurizing function, which is a key feature of this strip cut machine.

Operation and Power

Digital adjustment of pressure wheel height for easy operation.
